Lynch Projects Services Ltd are a company that was formed in 1997 by our current MD & are based in North West London. We operate from our offices that are based in North West London & have many years of expertise in both the Commercial and Residential aspects of Construction. Lynch Projects Services Ltd have gained the approval of many local councils and blue-chip clients since our companies inception.

Lynch Projects Services Ltd bases its operation in the areas of the Southeast and Southwest of the UK and our setup enables us to be extremely flexible with ability to mobilise at short notice. We carry an extensive range of qualified long serving trades people and have our own range of plant and machinery.

At Lynch Project Services Ltd we employ a highly experienced Office-team and Site Management are familiar with and understand the methods and practices involved in running a successful company and we are proactive and effective in promoting our existing relationships between Clients, Suppliers, and Site teams.

We have made every effort to ensure that Lynch Projects Services Ltd are fully compliant with all Health & Safety legislation and requirements & have successfully achieved this. We invest in training and development and pride ourselves on the quality and expertise of our workforce which enables the company to meet the standards of CHAS, Constructionline, and the CSCS scheme, NHBC (10 yr warranty with Residential) and (12 yr warranty with Retail Clients).

The projects that have been undertaken by Lynch Projects Services Ltd vary hugely & have ranged from New Commercial Store developments to bespoke residences. We have a wealth of experience in dealing with major projects & the value of some of the contracts that Lynch Project Services Ltd have undertaken is up to two million pounds.

Lynch Project Services Ltd major company aim is to deliver projects which meet the specified design, within the timeline, and within budget, as outlined by our Clients. Over time Lynch Project Services Ltd has become synonymous with high quality workmanship and repeat work.

Lynch Project Services Ltd also aim to establish long term relationships with our Clients. From providing a Client-friendly budget, putting together a detailed time-specific construction programme, liaising with Architects, utility providers, and local authorities, we aim to guide the Client through each phase of the construction whilst promoting feedback and participation.
